TPCE (Toyota Parts Centre Europe) is het Europees Distributiecentrum van Toyota. Het levert Toyota & Lexus- onderdelen aan Europese distributeurs. Verder belevert Toyota ook rechtstreeks aan garages/dealers in België, Luxemburg, Nederland, Duitsland en Noord - Frankrijk. In Diest worden de ingevoerde auto - onderdelen van Toyota en Lexus gestockeerd en worden de bestellingen voor de dealers en distributeurs klaargemaakt en verzonden. TPCE is een geautomatiseerd verdeelcentrum van auto onderdelen.

What will be your tasks?:

• Facilitate operations by managing bookings, including extra/ad hoc requests.
• Oversee container management and outbound goods flow.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (warehouse, planning, transport, supply).
• Coordinate daily operations with K&N and GTS.
• Monitor and control KPIs for shunting activities and driver compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Perform regular yard inspections.
• Support yard safety and site management.
• Lead small-scale improvement initiatives and execute Kaizen action plans.
• Drive efficiency in daily operations

Jouw profiel

Who are you?:

• You hold a bachelor's degree and have 5 years of experience in operational processes.
• You are fluent in English.
• Technical knowledge of large-scale retail operations and on-site activities.
• Technical understanding of logistics and administrative processes.
• Previous experience with TBP, TPS, 5Cs, and FMDS (training will be provided for the latter).
• Project management experience is not required but considered a plus.
