Our client is a global company providing innovative technologies and services designed to enhance the performance, safety, and sustainability of industrial and construction infrastructures. With a strong focus on engineering, maintenance, and process optimization, the company is expanding its operations in Flanders and is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support clients in the Flemish Brabant region.

Beschrijving van de functie

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical services directly on-site to industrial clients. You will work on complex systems to ensure their proper operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical tests and monitor program performance on-site.
• Provide client reporting and manage data through digital platforms.
• Act as first responder for troubleshooting industrial systems.
• Perform technical audits, equipment commissioning, and start-ups.
• Handle maintenance, repair, and warranty operations.
• Maintain professional and regular contact with clients.
• Carry out minor assembly tasks when required.
• Coordinate projects and contribute to technical proposals.
• Participate in pilot trials and field testing.
• Attend team meetings to share best practices.
• Comply with company safety and integrity policies.
• Report any incidents or risks according to internal procedures.

Jouw profiel

• Degree in electromechanics, mechanics, construction or industrial engineering.
• Experience in industrial processes or technical service is a plus (Field Service Engineer, Sales Engineer, Project Engineer, etc.)
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Flexible and capable of solving technical issues in the field.
