HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, active in the telecom industry, in their search for a freelance Functional Analyst. They are located in Mechelen.
 
 
We are seeking a Functional/Process Analyst for the Product Journey Tribe. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, focusing on analyzing and improving the order-to-activation process, where integration and alignment with our network partner creates operational challenges.
 
 
The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Strong data-driven decision making skills (SQL, APIs) combined with functional/process analysis skills is required.
• Previous telecom experience is mandatory.
• Fluency in Dutch & English is required. Fluency in French is a plus

This is a long term project with possibility of extension, the start date is ASAP and our client has a hybrid homeworking policy.
