Investment Analyst (m/f/x)

Job Description
As part of the Finance team, the Investment Analyst (m/f/x) will contribute to the financial and strategic planning of the company's development projects. You will help ensure financial information remains consistent and reliable throughout each project's lifecycle, working with solid and well-validated assumptions. Reporting to the Senior Investment Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other members of the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the master business plan to ensure alignment with company standards and evolving market developments. Provide structured updates on key financial metrics and underlying assumptions. Contribute to the annual budgeting process for projects in the pipeline. Support project teams in developing detailed business plans and monitor progress until completion. Prepare documents and analyses required for internal decision-making and investment approvals. Conduct post-investment reviews to assess financial performance against initial assumptions. Perform a wide range of financial analyses related to project operations. Collaborate with regional entities and external partners to advance strategic initiatives. Stay informed about new financial mechanisms and funding opportunities to support project viability. Contribute to the development of pricing structures for long-term commercial agreements.

Jouw profiel

Qualifications / Experience Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial or investment analysis. Experience in a capital-intensive or complex project environment is an asset. Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel; basic programming knowledge (VBA, R, Python) is a plus. Proficiency in French, and English + good command in Dutch. Flexibility to work regularly across more than one office location.
