As an HR Consultant your responsibilities are:

• Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing candidates.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage employee relations and address any issues or queries.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with management to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Deliver HR training sessions and workshops as required.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.

Jouw profiel

A successful HR Consultant should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the human resources domain.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
