Beschrijving van de functie

• Develop a portfolio of clients through networking, outreach, and relationship-building to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
• Identify, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company culture.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities, pitch recruitment services, and negotiate terms to grow the client base.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, and offer management.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to advise clients and optimise recruitment strategies.

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor's degree or young professional (max. 3 years experience)
• Proactive, result-driven, and eager to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commercial mindset and team spirit
• Fully operational in Dutch, with a good level of English
