Our client evolves in the IT Industry. Their office is in Brussels.

As a Customer Service Representative at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all customer interactions and build long-term relationships with your customer's portfolio through trust and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints by providing timely and effective solutions.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure complete resolution.
• Manage the Order to Cash (OTC) process in SAP.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for your customer's portfolio, working hand-in-hand with the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments (Supply Chain, Production, Quality, etc...).
• Monitor & register various data sets (customer details, offers, forecasts, inquiries, etc.).
• Stay up to date on industry trends.

Jouw profiel

The ideal candidate for this specific Customer Service Representative position, would have the following skills:

• Ideally, you have a Bachelor.
• You have at least 4 years of experience, and already managed an OTC Process.
• Ideally you have a first experience in the IT Industry.
• You have already worked with SAP.
• You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• You aim at delivering an excellent customer service experience.
• You have great communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
