Jobomschrijving

As Sales Representative for the Brussels and province of Hainaut, you will be in chargo of:

  • Selling (of course!) by informing potential and existing customers, negotiating with them and providing a complete commercial service
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers (approx. 80% of client contacts)
  • Expanding the customer base by contacting and visiting prospects (approx. 20% of client contacts)
  • Gathering information about prospects (potential, competition, pricing) in order to prepare offers
  • Coordinating with different internal departments (accounting, quality, logistics, purchasing, supply chain)
  • Preparing reports, offers and emails
  • Managing all administrative tasks related to commercial activities

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor or Master in Economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Sales position in FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills to prepare offers that ensure both customer satisfaction and company profitability
  • Interest in public tenders
  • Interest in internal systems (AS400, BID IQ, etc.)
  • Basic command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, .)
  • Knowledge of the institutional sector (hospitals, nursing homes, etc.) and/or wholesale food trade is an asset
  • Strong summarising skills
  • Rigorous, communicative, autonomous and proactive
  • Team player
  • Comfortable with driving distances and flexible hours
  • Perfectly fluent in Dutch, French and English
