As an Account & Tender Specialist your responsibilities are:

• Manage customer accounts and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee tender processes and prepare necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date records and reports related to accounts and tenders.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.

Jouw profiel

A successful Account & Tender Specialist should have:

• Educational background in business administration, data management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English & French.
• Experience in account management or tender processes in the aviation industry is a big plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Excel-skills (pivot tables, graphics, formulas).
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
