Language Skills: You communicate fluently in English to coordinate effectively with your international colleagues.

Digital Skills: You are proficient with handheld scanners and have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).

Precision: You work with discipline and strictly follow safety and contamination prevention protocols.

Physical Adaptability: You are comfortable wearing protective cleanroom clothing and a mask throughout your entire shift.

Flexibility: You are available for a unique shift system of 12-hour shifts (day or night), including weekend work.

Warehouse Management: You manage the inventory in the internal warehouse and perform weekly inventory checks (cycle counts).

Flow of Goods: You receive goods from the Dock Runner and prepare parts based on specific requests from technicians.

Return Processing: You inspect and process returned parts coming from the controlled environment.

Transport: You move goods safely and efficiently through the facility using specialised carts.

Team Support: You act as a backup for the Dock Runner whenever necessary.

Voordelen van de betrekking

You will receive a comprehensive package where your dedication and flexibility are highly rewarded:

Base Salary: A gross hourly wage of €16.8635.

Shift Premium: A 7.5% allowance on the entire shift if your shift starts before 07:00 or ends after 19:00.

Night Premium: A 15% allowance for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.

Weekend Pay: Saturday work is paid at 150%, and Sunday work at 200%.

Overtime: Any approved overtime is compensated at 150%, with public holidays paid at 300%.

Training: You will start with two weeks of fully paid on-the-job training during standard day hours (08:00 - 16:30).

Schedule: Following your training, you will work a fixed rotation of 12-hour shifts: one week you work 3 days (Sunday to Tuesday), and the next week you work 4 days (Wednesday to Saturday).
