Freelance Financial & Operations Manager

• Assess and stabilize operational processes and financial workflows.
• Implement KPIs to monitor profitability, productivity, and risk areas.
• Lead back-office and IT project management initiatives.
• Support the finance team in closures, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Provide regular progress and compliance reporting to executive management.
• Coach and guide local teams, fostering accountability and coordination.
• Ensure smooth adoption of financial and operational systems.
