Beschrijving van de functie

One of our clients, a consultancy firm located in the centre of Brussels, is looking for a Talent Manager - Team Lead to take care of consultants fully immersed in client environments and ensure they continue to grow, feel engaged, and stay connected.

This role is for someone who naturally cares about people, and knows how to turn conversations into meaningful action.

You become a trusted point of reference for consultants by listening, anticipating, connecting, and acting.

You help consultants navigate their journey, align their aspirations with opportunities, and feel supported-even when challenges arise.

You also lead a team of two autonomous people, and you will be reporting to the HR Director.

Tasks as a Talent Manager

  • Conduct regular follow-up discussions with consultants to assess their wellbeing, engagement with their mission, and alignment.
  • Maintain clear visibility on skills, expertise, and workforce capabilities.
  • Anticipate project and market needs while protecting consultant engagement.
  • Support career development through learning, mobility, and meaningful evolution.
  • Advocate for consultants and contribute to long-term retention strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders a high-contact, collaborative environment
  • Act as a point of contact and internal advocate for consultants who express dissatisfaction, stress, or misalignment with their project or environment.
  • Guide consultants through their professional evolution by advising on re/upskilling needs or now role opportunities.
  • Ensure each consultant accesses relevant learning opportunities, tailored to their personal goals, client expectations, and evolving market trends.
  • Coaching your teammates, helping them with challenges they might encounter

Jouw profiel

Who You Are

  • You have around 5 years experience in Talent Management, HRBP, or workforce-related roles.
  • You have worked in client-facing or multi-project environments.
  • You are fluent in English and French.
  • You combine structure with empathy, strategy with care.
  • You are calm, grounded, nurturing-firm when needed, always respectful.
  • You naturally build trust and know how to read between the lines.
