Notre client est un acteur majeur dans le secteur du retail. Dans le cadre de son développement, nous recherchons un(e) Supply Chain Coordinator pour renforcer notre équipe et optimiser nos flux logistiques.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients regarding logistics processes.
• 
  
  Organize and lead logistics performance meetings with customers.
• 
  
  Ensure flawless execution of the complete order-to-invoice process.
• 
  
  Coordinate and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• 
  
  Initiate and implement projects to improve supply chain processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Jouw profiel

• 
  
  Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO or University level), preferably with experience in a supply chain environment.
• 
  
  Proven experience managing and optimizing both internal and external customer relationships.
• 
  
  Hands-on experience implementing improvements in supply chain processes, ideally in collaboration with clients.
• 
  
  Action-oriented with a strong customer-driven mindset.
• 
  
  Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with automated systems specially with SAP
• 
  
  Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• 
  
  Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
