Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order-to-delivery cycle: order entry, follow-up, and coordination with logistics
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, working closely with supply chain and warehouse teams
• Support forecasting activities by analyzing historical data and customer trends
• Collaborate with sales and planning teams to ensure product availability and delivery accuracy
• Handle returns, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP or similar)

Jouw profiel

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (OTD) that:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics coordination
• Strong understanding of order management, inventory flows, and forecasting principles
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
• Solid IT skills: MS Office, ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Able to work independently while being a team player
