Our client is part of the customer-data arm within a leading Belgian bank. Their mission is to maintain accurate, up-to-date customer information, support the full lifecycle of customer relationships (including financial security), and enable personalized customer engagement.

• Design and manage a detailed integration roadmap (timeline, milestones, resourcing)
• Map existing internal tools, processes, and workflows in collaboration with ops, IT, and control functions
• Work closely with the external partner to understand their systems, processes, and needs
• Lead the development and deployment of integrated solutions that align with strategic objectives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks; build robust contingency plans
• Track progress and deliver regular status reports to senior stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Jouw profiel

• trong program / project management experience (10+ years) in a complex, cross-functional environment
• Deep understanding of business operations, IT, and process management in banking
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment, juggling multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile-at-Scale frameworks
• Strategic thinker with a helicopter view; strong decision-making ability
• Diplomatic communicator; customer-oriented and commercially aware
• Proactive, structured, goal-driven, and team-player with leadership skills
