Jobomschrijving
- You are responsible for controlling activities during the execution of the projects from Order Entry till Provisional Acceptance, including the follow-up of logistic and administrative topics
- You support the department in having its activities correctly recorded following all accounting requirements and financial guidelines
- You monitor the project execution regarding invoicing, revenue recognition and costs, and compare these KPI's to the initial planning
- You perform all the month-end local closing activities linked to the projects, working closely with the accounting hub
- You provide help and support to the head of the department, as well as all the teams around (Project managers, Product Specialists, Sales).
- You support regular data cleansing activities and data quality checks
- You support the annual external audit processes through the preparation of standard reports as well as other custom reports as requested
Jouw profiel
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in economics, accountancy or equivalent
- You have experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in a multinational company
- You are comfortable analyzing and handling numbers, you have strong analytical and accounting skills, and can demonstrate a hands-on experience with Excel
- You have an appetite for digital tools
- You are solution and result driven, structured, and organized
- You master SAP which will be a real additional asset
- You have highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. You can build positive interactions and know how to deal with different stakeholders and cultures. You want to be part of a team.
- You have an excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and English.
- You are flexible and can handle a multitude of tasks under time pressure
- You have a passion for healthcare
