Looking for a varied administrative finance support role? Then this manufacturer of cardiovascular technologies in Machelen is looking for you! Due to expansions, they need financial administrative assistant to help with:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Help with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
• Respond to finance-related inquiries from staff and external stakeholders
• Preparing and checking PowerPoint presentations for management

Jouw profiel

• Excellent English skills
• Fluency with the Microsoft Office package
• Prior experience within finance related sectors or audit
