Our client is an insurance company located in the city center of Brussels. They are looking for an experienced Customer & Digital Transformation Project Manager to join their dynamic Transformation team.

• Define scope, requirements, and business cases; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage risks, solve issues, and structure projects using the Stage Gate Model.
• Track progress and report KPIs internally and to the Group.
• Present to steerco, engage sponsors, and coordinate stakeholder activities.
• Foster team collaboration and contribute to the Center of Excellence.

Jouw profiel

• Master's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in program/project management, with proven success in transformation projects.
• Structured, results-driven, and methodical approach to project execution.
• Strong knowledge of project management, business cases, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels, from operations to C-level, in an international context.
• French and Ducth: fluent ; English: good level
