As an Inside Sales professional your responsibilities are:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication in Dutch, French, and English.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
• Handle sales orders and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-up activities.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve the sales process.
• Contribute to achieving the sales targets and overall company goals.

Jouw profiel

A successful Inside Sales professional should have:

• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales within the Business Services industry is a plus.
