Provide expert agile coaching to support the transition to a product-centric operating model, bridging agile processes and engineering culture to enhance team collaboration and delivery of software solutions."

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and frameworks
• Lead teams in aligning product decisions with strategic business objectives to maximize value, including prioritization strategies
• Promote and facilitate cross-team learning to break down silos
• Guide teams in adopting engineering best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and DevOps culture
• Improve response time for delivering reliable solutions to concrete business needs
• Assist in implementing and tracking technical health metrics to drive continuous improvement
