AP/AR Accounting Specialist M/V/X

Beschrijving van de functie

• Daily processing of (digital) supplier invoices and bank statements
• Creation and follow-up of customer/supplier accounts
• Processing of payments
• Actively contribute to an efficient credit collection process
• Act as point of contact for bank-related operational issues
• Assist in VAT and other tax declarations
• Provide leadership within the AP/AR team, taking initiatives to improve processes and ensure continuity of work

Jouw profiel

• Accounting degree with minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and support colleagues within the AP/AR team
• Experience working with complex systems and in international contexts
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software (experience with NAV and SAP is a plus)
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
• Proactive, efficient, and organized with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Capable of working independently and delivering high-quality work
