As a Legal Counsel - Commercial & Compliance, your responsibilities are:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks.
• Providing legal advice on commercial transactions and compliance matters.
• Collaborating with internal teams to implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Managing and mitigating legal risks across various business operations.
• Monitoring changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
• Supporting the resolution of legal disputes and claims.
• Delivering training and guidance on compliance-related topics to internal stakeholders.

Jouw profiel

A successful Legal Counsel - Commercial & Compliance should have:

• A degree in Law, with a focus on commercial or compliance law being an advantage.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
• An ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch
