As a Finance Manager your responsibilities are:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial strategies.
• Implement and improve financial systems and procedures.
• Monitor and control costs to ensure financial targets are met.
• Provide guidance and support to the accounting & finance team.

Jouw profiel

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Speaks fluently Hebrew and English
• Is available ASAP to start the mission
• Is ok to move once every 2 months in Israel

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry practices.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Energy & Natural Resources sector is a plus.
