The Strategic Insights & Analytics team is here to Inspire and Provoke Sustainable Competitive Growth, rooted in Human Insights & Analytics.? As the Market Intelligence manager you will be responsible to bring category & competitive insights to the broader organization. You will feed the different stakeholders (Marketing, Sales) with Market & competitive insights to bring the right insights & close monitoring of the business.

Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats at category level. Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics. Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Reporting and Communication: Identify opportunities to improve our reporting/dashboarding and partner with data powerhouse team on requirement for new dashboard development. Business owner of critical dashboards and responsible for UX, data quality and adoption in the organization.

Impactful communication: Translate data and information into clear, actionable, and impactful insights and business recommendations and share these either through email or by taking part in different business forums (monthly close / map).

Budget & vendor relationship: manage day to day vendor relationship by following up on data enhancement and data quality.

Cross functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales and commercial excellence to align market insights and key messages towards the broader organization.

You hold a?Master Degree, preferable in Economics, Commercial Engineering, etc.??

You are fluent in?English. Dutch and French are big assets.??

You?have strong IT skills, esp. in Power BI and are a?MS Office Excel?wizard?

You have experience with RMS and Shopper data.?Experience with pharma & homecare data is a plus
