Senior Barista / Assistant Café Manager M/V/X

We're hiring an experienced specialty coffee barista to take floor responsibility and grow into an Assistant Café Manager role. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on high-quality coffee, consistent standards, precise latte art under pressure, and independent shift management. The role includes leading services, organizing shifts and breaks, supporting opening/closing and daily operations, training and supervising junior baristas, managing stock and waste, enforcing hygiene and safety standards, and maintaining clear operational communication with the Café Manager.

Jouw profiel

You are an experienced specialty coffee barista, fully confident in espresso, dialing-in, milk texture, and fast, high-quality service under pressure. You have prior shift lead or café management experience, work autonomously with strong reliability and organization, communicate in English (with willingness to learn basic French), and are motivated to take ownership and grow into a leadership role. Availability for at least one full weekend day is required, and punctuality and clean, repeatable latte art are non-negotiable.
