R&D Lab Technician Packaging (AutoCAD) M/V/X

For our client, an international consumer goods company with a research center near Brussels, we are looking for a Lab Technician to strengthen the Packaging department.

Responsibilities

• Support general laboratory work related to the development of existing and new packaging and formulas

• Independently run and organize stability tests, including sample preparation, inspections, data recording, and reporting

• Create accurate packaging designs and layouts with 2D CAD software

• Manage finished product stability, batch making, and technical tests

• Follow up on ongoing and new stability studies

• Maintain accurate records in a digital lab notebook and databases

• Perform regular calibration of laboratory equipment

• Ensure high housekeeping and safety standards in the lab

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Chemistry, or equivalent through experience
• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and good laboratory practices
• Basic experience with 2D CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Proficient in Office 365 and motivated to learn PLM software (Product Lifecycle Management)
• Accurate, hands-on, and able to work independently with weekly supervision
• Language skills: Fluent in English.
