Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand & supply planning across assigned brands and markets
• Generate statistical forecasts using planning tools
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enrich forecasts with market insights
• Lead Demand/Supply Review Meetings and drive consensus on forecast plans
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and implement corrective actions
• Align demand plans with supply planning and MRP teams to ensure timely product availability
• Analyze actuals vs. forecasts and initiate improvement actions
• Identify and implement process enhancements in planning systems

Jouw profiel

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning
• Experience in FMCG or commercial environments
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities
• Proactive, flexible, and resilient under changing conditions
• Fluent in Dutch and English
