Kuehne & Nagel, a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, is looking for strong, enthusiastic, and experienced Order Pickers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Beringen. In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are assembled accurately, efficiently, and safely, ready for dispatch. ¿

You thrive on variety and can easily adapt your schedule to meet the team's needs. We operate in a dynamic shift system and count on your flexibility to work in three of the four available shifts:

• Early (06:00¿14:00)
• Day (12:00¿20:00)
• Night (18:00¿02:00
• Night (22:00¿06:00)

You are also available to work on Saturdays and Sundays if needed.

Jouw profiel

• Proven experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is essential.
• You are physically strong and capable of handling manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• An enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and hand-held scanners is a strong advantage.
• A true team player who can also work independently.
• Good communication skills and a solid understanding of English.
• A commitment to safety and quality in the workplace.

• Manage the logistical flow by accurately receiving, labelling, and dispatching all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Operate an electric pallet truck (EPT) to pick and assemble customer orders with speed and precision.
• Maintain data integrity by entering all necessary information into our warehouse management system.
• Uphold our quality standards by performing thorough checks on all goods before they are dispatched.
• Handle customer returns efficiently, ensuring they are processed and registered correctly.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy by actively participating in regular stock counts.
• Champion a culture of safety by maintaining a clean work environment and always adhering to safety protocols for yourself and your colleagues.
