As an Industrial Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the meticulous application of the IT framework.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance their career in project coordination within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. Ideal step-up for a junior to medior Network or System engineer.

Location: Southern part of Brussels with partial remote work (up to 1 or 2 days/week).

Jouw profiel

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with IT and security teams, internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT framework standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather information from stakeholders to facilitate project reviews and ensure compliance.
• Compliance Assurance: Verify project components against IT framework standards and provide recommendations to maintain compliance. Standard Rules and Reference Model: All industrial vendors and solutions must adhere to these guidelines.
• Supplier Contract Management: Ensure supplier contracts reflect compliance requirements set forth by the IT framework. IT Industrial Digital Governance Process: Overseeing the lifecycle of solutions, from initial need definition to operation and retirement.
• Documentation Management Focus: You will play a crucial role in creating and managing extensive documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in network, system engineering or project coordinator
• Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating and managing extensive documentation.
• IT Security Understanding: Familiarity with IT security principles is advantageous.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, fluency in English required, French proficiency preferred.
• Attitude: Detail-oriented, independent, and accountable.
