As a Recruitment Specialist your responsibilities are:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to on boarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source and screen potential candidates using various platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate profiles.
• Advise on market trends and recruitment strategies within the business services industry.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Jouw profiel

A successful Recruitment Specialist should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and tools.
• Experience within human resources or talent acquisition roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
