Our client is a well-established financial services organisation active in Belgium and part of an international banking group. The company operates in a highly regulated environment and places strong emphasis on compliance, governance, and customer protection.

• Apply and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls
• Perform AML, KYC, and customer due diligence reviews
• Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation actions
• Review transactions and customer files for compliance risks
• Identify, document, and escalate potential compliance issues
• Support internal audits, controls, and regulatory reviews
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation
• Collaborate with risk, legal, and operational teams

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3 years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles
• Solid knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills in a professional environment
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting team objectives
