Our client is looking for a Level 1 IT Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for end users. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional support experience for users with high service expectations.

The position requires strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to resolve standard technical issues efficiently while knowing when to escalate more complex cases.

Jouw profiel

• First experience or solid foundation in IT support / helpdesk (Level 1)
• Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware, software, and access issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users
• A calm, professional attitude, even under pressure or with high-expectation users
• Strong sense of service, attention to detail, and respect for procedures
• Ability to document incidents accurately and escalate when necessary

Experience in an international, corporate, or premium service environment is a strong advantage. The successful candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and committed to delivering a high-quality user experience.
