As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities are:

• Perform equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs at client sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during service activities.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical challenges.
• Manage tools and spare parts inventory effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.

Jouw profiel

A successful Field Service Technician should have:

• Technical education or background in engineering or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in Bruxelles and surrounding areas.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
