To keep pace with their growth and ambitious goals, our client is looking for a dynamic Legal Recruitment Consultant with exceptional communication and people skills.

You'll play a vital roll in:

. Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and finding the perfect legal talent for interim, ad hoc, and permanent opportunities.

. Identifying, sourcing, and attracting top-tier legal candidates from the market.

. Conducting in-depth interviews, assessing talent, and providing tailored career advice.

. Contributing to marketing campaigns and representing our client at business events.

Jouw profiel

. You hold a Master's in Law and have preferably at least 1 year of experience in a law firm or as an in-house Legal Counsel.

. You are ready to transition to from a purely legal role into HR for legal talent. You're a natural communicator with excellent people skills and a knack for IT-based solutions.

. You're fluent in Dutch (native or bilingual) and have excellent spoken and written command of French and English. Your communication style is smooth, professional, and warm.

. You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and finding ways to help them thrive in their careers.

. You thrive in dynamic environments where every day is different and are skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing urgency.

. You share the core values of transparency, integrity, liberty, and responsibility and are dedicated to building long-term relationships with legal talent and clients.
