Our client is a fast-growing FMCG company with a strong national presence, recognised for its innovative products and customer-centric approach. Operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the company continuously strives to optimise its supply chain to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Located in Brussels periphery, you can reach the offices either by car or by public transport (quite difficult)

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and optimise inventory levels to balance product availability and working capital
• 
  
  Follow up on purchase orders and production orders to ensure on-time execution
• 
  
  Coordinate with warehouses and logistics providers to resolve delivery issues
• 
  
  Manage back-orders and allocation in case of supply constraints
• Support urgent demand changes and last-minute customer requests

• Translate demand forecasts into supply and production plans aligned with capacity and service level objectives

Jouw profiel

Your Profile

• 
  
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in supply chain planning within an FMCG or fast-paced industrial environment

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
• 
  
  Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• 
  
  Fluent in French AND English OR Dutch
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
