Beschrijving van de functie

• Record and validate accounting entries (invoices, expenses)
• Manage supplier payments and payment terms
• Prepare payment runs and reconcile accounts
• Post customer receipts and reconcile banks
• Monitor aged receivables and follow up on payments
• Manage credit risks and high-risk accounts
• Resolve billing issues with internal teams
• Support monthly and annual closings
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and reports
• Maintain filing and archiving
• Provide administrative support to management

Jouw profiel

• Proven experience as a GL Accountant
• Strong knowledge of Belgian and/or French GAAP
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working under deadlines and handling pressure
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
