As our IT Product Owner, you will help shape the future of EMVO's digital ecosystem. Working closely with the CIO Office, business stakeholders, and technical teams, you will support the evolution of key European-level systems such as the European Alert Management System and the EU Hub. Your mission: ensure that business needs are clearly understood, prioritised, and transformed into effective, high-quality digital solutions. Your Responsibilities Support the CIO Office in coordinating and managing IT initiatives across EMVO. Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Contribute to the continuous improvement of EMVO's systems and digital platforms. Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Ensure that EMVO's solutions meet business, technical, and regulatory expectations.

Jouw profiel

You bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field No experience necessary, young graduates are welcome A basic understanding of product ownership, business analysis, or project management. A genuine interest in IT systems, digital platforms, and European-scale solutions. Familiarity with Agile or structured project environments (a plus). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Solid organisational and prioritisation abilities. Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management certificates (a plus). Excellent command of English; (written and spoken). Spanish OR French, OR German knowledge is an asset.
