Beschrijving van de functie

• Regulatory Intelligence - Analyze and interpret financial regulations (Bâle, Solvency, MiFID, PRIIPs, UCITS) and sustainability frameworks (SFDR, CSRD, biodiversity).
• Product Development - Convert regulatory rules into reliable, user-friendly functionalities within portfolio management software.
• Performance & Risk Analytics - Design innovative indicators to enhance performance evaluation and risk oversight.
• Cross-Department Collaboration - Work closely with IT, marketing, consultants, and business development to ensure seamless functional alignment.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing - Deliver trainings, create guidance materials, host webinars, and contribute to thought-leadership content.
• Strategic Advisory - Anticipate regulatory and market evolutions and support long-term product vision and enhancements.

Jouw profiel

• Solid understanding of investment management, financial regulations, or sustainability reporting.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in performance, risk, and ESG topics.
• Excellent communication skills and ease working cross-functionally.
• Curious, proactive mindset with a capacity to anticipate trends and propose solutions.
• Experience in fintech, asset management, consulting, or regulatory environments is a plus.
