Beschrijving van de functie

• Welcoming and guiding visitors
• Handing out access badges to pass security checks.
• Accompany and remain available to visitors during their visit and provide assistance if needed; 
• Also be able to answer questions if necessary. 
• Guiding groups to hotels, restaurants and other premises of the EU institutions, and occasionally to transport terminals if necessary.
• Various administrative and other support tasks necessary for the smooth running of the centres (e.g. photocopying, coding, sending e-mails, surveys, evaluation forms).

Jouw profiel

• Bilingual proficiency in English and German
• Knowledge of another official language of an EU Member State is preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Availability for at least 3 days per week
• Responsibility
