About the Role
For an international company active in the aviation industry and specialized in the maintenance and overhaul of modern aircraft engines, we are looking for an experienced Repair / CNC Operator.
You will join a growing, highly technical environment where precision, quality, and craftsmanship are key.
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines that process components and subassemblies according to specific engineering drawings and technical requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (milling, drilling, grinding, etc.)
• Work in compliance with strict safety and quality standards
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments when needed

• Conduct daily inspections to ensure proper functioning

• Record all production and quality-related activities
• Report technical or machining issues to the engineering/methods department
• Ensure all machined parts meet defined specifications and tolerances
• Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on equipment

Jouw profiel

Your Profile

• Technical diploma (CESS/A2) or equivalent through experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents
• Strong technical understanding and analytical mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Good computer skills

• Legally authorized to work in Belgium (EU passport or valid work & residence permit)
