As a KYC Agent Insurance your responsibilities are:

• Conducting thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Reviewing and verifying client documentation and information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintaining up-to-date and organized client records in internal systems.
• Identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or inconsistencies in client data.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve compliance-related issues.
• Providing support in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Staying informed about changes in regulations and ensuring processes are updated accordingly.
• Offering guidance to clients regarding KYC procedures and requirements.

Jouw profiel

A successful KYC Agent Insurance should have:

• A degree in finance, law, or a related field.
• First experience in operational KYC.
• Great knowledge of English with additional Dutch or French.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
