As an Air Export Agent, you play a key role in the smooth handling of international air freight shipments. You coordinate export operations from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution. With a strong focus on quality and compliance, you translate regulations and procedures into efficient daily practices. Y

As an Import Logistics Clerk you're responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
• Track and trace Air export files as required
• Use Workflows on daily basis
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for export shipments
• Ensure arrival notices are communicated to overseas and customers
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
• Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards
• Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (airlines, trucking companies, and others)
• Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer's policies / requirements.
• Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
• Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
• Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
• Keying of air import shipment according to the KPI s and customer's requirements.
• Release files according to KPI and customer requirements in compliance with all rules and regulations
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

Jouw profiel

The Air Export Agent we're looking for has the following profile:

• 2-3 years related experience
• Bachelors degree
• Understanding of air documentation process is needed
• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
• IATA certification (preferred)
• Fluent in English end a good level of Dutch
• Eligible to work in Belgium
