Culligan is the global market leader in sustainable water solutions for businesses and households. In Belgium, we support organizations every day with high-quality, filtered, and safe drinking water through water coolers and water treatment systems. In doing so, we contribute to sustainability, cost savings, and the reduction of plastic waste.

To accelerate our growth in the B2B market, we are building a strong outbound sales organization. Therefore, we are looking for a Field Sales Manager - New Business who combines commercial impact with coaching and leadership.

Your role as commercial leader & closing hunter

As a Field Sales Manager - New Business, you are responsible for the success of our outbound B2B sales model. You combine three core roles:

  • Active field sales & closing with strategic prospects
  • Coaching and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (B2B drinking water & B2C water softeners)
  • Structuring and optimizing the commercial process from prospect to signed deal

You are not a "manager from a distance," but a hands-on commercial leader who leads by example in the field.

Your responsibilities

Commercial responsibilities

  • Actively prospecting and negotiating with medium-sized and large B2B organizations
  • Closing complex and strategic deals
  • Building long-term customer relationships in new business

People management & coaching

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a Sales Development Representative - New Business
  • Defining target accounts and markets
  • Joining field visits (joint visits, on-the-job coaching)
  • Increasing conversion from first contact to closed deal

Structure & performance

  • Safeguarding and improving pipeline quality and forecasting
  • Monitoring KPIs (activity, conversion, closing)
  • Ensuring correct CRM usage and follow-up
  • Working closely with marketing and internal teams

Jouw profiel

Your profile

  • You are an experienced B2B hunter with proven closing skills
  • You have experience in field sales and feel comfortable negotiating at decision-maker level
  • You have strong coaching skills and enjoy helping others grow
  • You think strategically but act pragmatically
  • You work in a structured way and take ownership of results
  • Experience in people management or coaching is a strong plus
  • Strong command of Dutch, French, and English
  • A valid driver's license (B) is required
