What you'll do

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality of information
  
• Monitor and test solutions, gather feedback, and ensure successful implementation
  
• Contribute to innovative projects and explore new technologies
  

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Functional/Technical Analyst, Business Analyst)
  
• Strong expertise in requirements analysis and translating needs into tangible deliverables (features, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  
• Interest or affinity for Artificial Intelligence
  
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum, modeling, requirements management, and testing
  
• Strong technical understanding and curiosity for innovative tools
  
• Fluent in French and English
  
• Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is a plus
