VVOB - education for development is an international non-profit organisation with over 40 years' experience in strengthening the quality of education systems in Africa, Asia and South America in close partnership with ministries of education and their institutions. Our head office is based in Brussels, Belgium.

Jouw profiel

• You have a master's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 8 years of experience in broad, generalist HR roles.
• You have management and leadership experience, with a track record of building effective teams and motivating diverse groups of professionals.
• You have strong, proven expertise and experience in organisational development and change management.
• You demonstrate strong project management capabilities and the ability to translate HR strategy into concrete, implementable solutions in a fast-changing global context.
• You have experience working in international and intercultural contexts; experience in the development sector or international organisations is an asset.
• You are proficient in English at CEFR level C1.
• You are authorised to work in Belgium.
