Beschrijving van de functie

As a Senior Paralegal - Corporate Law your responsibilities are:

• Ensure governance registers, mandates, and board documentation are accurate and continuously updated.
• Coordinate and monitor signature processes and corporate archiving.
• Supervise KYC procedures related to investment operations.
• Support and partially manage the legal secretariat of the Board of Directors and specialized committees.
• Contribute to KPI reporting and governance monitoring.
• Assist in drafting and updating internal policies.
• Support procurement procedures and external counsel coordination.
• Prepare official correspondence and regulatory declarations.

Jouw profiel

A successful Senior Paralegal - Corporate Law should have:

• Belgian Bachelor's degree in Law (or equivalent).
• Fluent in Dutch and strong knowledge of French and English
• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal, governance, investment, or Private Equity environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance structures.
• Highly strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Structured and detail-oriented.
• Analytical mindset.
• Experience supporting M&A, investment files, or board processes.
