Our client is a global organization with dual listing in the US and Europe, currently optimizing and standardizing treasury and accounting processes. The company is rolling out Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and is focused on modernizing its treasury operations, ensuring compliance with SOX, and improving visibility and control over funds worldwide.

Beschrijving van de functie

As a Freelance Head of Treasury your responsibilities are:

• Lead group treasury operations, including cash management, intercompany loans, and funding strategies
• Set up and manage a cash pooling system
• Ensure global funds are accounted for accurately and timely
• Follow up on SOX controls and treasury compliance
• Support the automation and standardization of treasury processes in line with Dynamics 365 rollout
• Manage 1 operational treasury professional
• Report directly to the CFO
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business teams to optimize processes

Jouw profiel

A successful Freelance Head of Treasury should have:

• Proven experience in group treasury management
• Knowledge of intercompany financing, cash pooling, and global cash management
• Experience with SOX compliance and treasury controls
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Languages: English + French or Dutch
• IT Skills: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (rollout or optimization experience a plus)
• Flexible, able to work 2 days per week in-office
