Your profile: You hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in an international customer service role. You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. You are fluent in both spoken and written French and English. You are highly analytical and experienced with ERP systems (SAP is a plus). You are customer-focused, precise, and able to organize your work independently. You are stress-resistant, flexible, and enjoy working collaboratively in a team.Taalvaardigheden
