Our client, a well-established company active in the FMCG sector, is looking for a Payroll Officer to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, responsibility, and working closely with both internal teams and external partners in a dynamic business setting.

As Payroll Officer, you will play a key role in managing payroll activities and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. You will act as a reference point for payroll-related matters while supporting the company's operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  Processing monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines
• 
  
  Managing payroll data, time tracking, absences, and benefits
• 
  
  Coordinating with external payroll providers and social secretariats
• 
  
  Responding to employee questions related to payroll and compensation
• 
  
  Ensuring compliance with social legislation and internal procedures
• 
  
  Preparing payroll reports and supporting audits when required
• 
  
  Contributing to continuous improvement of payroll processes

Jouw profiel

• You have proven experience in payroll administration, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
• You are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential information. S
• trong organizational skills, a structured mindset, and proficiency with payroll systems and MS Office are essential.
• Excellent command of english, french and dutch!
