Beschrijving van de functie

We are looking for a logistic officer for warehouse in Vilvoorde. The company is active in the medical field. You will join the kitting team and provide support to clinical supplies operations and administrative activities in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle of low to moderate complexity studies.

Your tasks:

• You support logistics and administrative tasks related to clinical supplies and medical devices.
• You ensure smooth processes for ordering, storage, labelling, shipping, and returns.
• You track inventory levels and expiration dates, and prepare monthly reports.
• You ensure all activities follow guidelines and internal procedures.
• You maintain accurate data in electronic systems for the assigned studies.
• You perform routine tasks and prepare the kits for the labs.
• You handle ad-hoc supply purchases when needed.

Jouw profiel

• You have a good command of English (spoken and written).
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
• You are comfortable using computers and electronic equipment.
• You are able to sit for 4-6 hours per day.
• You can lift light objects (up to 7-9 kg).
• You have a solid knowledge of clinical supply processes (e.g. manufacturing, shipping, labeling, auditing).
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
• You pay close attention to detail and quality-focused.

Voordelen van de betrekking

• The company offers a salary of €17.70 per hour.
• You are open to work from 8h -16h or from 14h00 - 22h:06
• You start with weekly contracts but you have the possibility to get a fixed contract after the interim period.
